Vui Fest 2025 is the result of a long behind-the-scenes process, where spatial design and cross-team collaboration played a pivotal role.
From Concept to Stage Structure
The design for Vui Fest 2025 was developed with a youthful, modern, and high-energy spirit—perfectly aligned with the dynamic culture of FPT Software’s community. From the early 3D design stage, the main LED screen carrying the “VUI FEST” identity was defined as the visual anchor of the entire space.
The LED system was arranged in layered modules, expanding both horizontally and vertically to create a stage that felt larger than its actual scale. Side LED panels were not only used for content display but also played a key role in guiding visual rhythm, ensuring that lighting and visuals flowed seamlessly with depth and continuity.
Designing for Scale, Without Losing Connection

 

One of the biggest challenges of Vui Fest was its open space and large audience scale. The stage solution had to address multiple factors at once: long-distance visibility, overall height, audience flow, and the sense of connection between performers and spectators.
As a result, details such as stage levels, wing openings, central spacing, and special effect positions were all carefully considered. The goal was not simply to create a visually impressive stage, but to design a space where every attendee could feel like an active part of the festival.
When Drawings Become a Live Experience
From the first visual simulations to the fully illuminated stage on the night of Vui Fest 2025, the project was a clear journey of transformation. Once the lights came on, the LED screens moved in sync, and the music filled the space, the design no longer existed on paper—it became a live experience, felt through sight, sound, and the collective energy of thousands of participants.
